Credit and Terms - To those who have established credit with us, payment is net 30 days.  If you do not have an established account, cash down payment of 25% is required with your order and the balance due 28 days prior to shipment.
       To establish credit, a confidential credit application can be obtained form Bob Young's Nursery LLC.  This credit application should be completed and returned at least six weeks prior to date of shipment.  Customer will be advised of a credit status prior to shipment.  All accounts over 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1½% (18% annually).  In the event that the entire unpaid balance of this bill becomes due and payable, the buyer agrees to pay all expenses of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. 
       These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee and courts of Warren County, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from any transaction. 

Cancellations - Any cancellations must be made in writing and received by us prior to January 15th.  If you cancel your order after it has been dug, you are responsible for the total value of the plant material.  You will be invoiced accordingly.  If the material has been graded and tagged but not dug, it is subject to a 10% cancellation charge.

Shipping Freight Charges - We arrange for bulk shipment of stock by independent truckers and brokers who specialize in hauling nursery stock.  Our stock is packed with the greatest of care, therefore our responsibility ends upon delivery in good order to the carrier.  All stock travels at the expense and risk of the purchaser.  Freight charges are payable at time of delivery.  For less than trailer load quantities, we will try to help arrange a combination load.
